Mr. Reviv was appointed Chief Executive Officer of Optiway in March 2009. He offers over 20 years experience in managerial roles as well as Marketing, Sales and technical proficiency in global technology companies.

 

Prior to joining Optiway, Mr. Reviv served as the General Manager of ECI Telecom’s Broadband Access division business, where he previously held additional positions including Deputy General Manager, Vice President Marketing & Sales and Vice President of Strategic Accounts. Prior to ECI Telecom, Mr. Reviv co-founded and was the Chief Operating Officer of Telekol Corporation, a startup company located in Waltham, Massachusetts, USA which specialized in voice and fax processing systems.

 

Mr. Reviv holds a BSc in Computer Science from Northeastern University, Boston USA and an MBA from Ben Guryon University, Israel.

 

 

 Mr Bercovici offers over 30 years experience in the Hi-Tech industry, including 25 years in senior management positions with telecommunications manufacturers. He has played leading roles in a number of startup companies providing optical-based solutions including TMA Electronic factory, Foxcom, Foxcom Wireless and Mobile Access.

 

Mr Bercovici holds a BSc in Electronics from Romania and an MBA from the Recanati School of Business Administration.

 

 

Mr. Rospsha joined Optiway in 2006 and is responsible for all stages of system product development. He offers Optiway over 10 years experience in designing and implementing telecommunication wireless products. Prior to joining Optiway Mr. Rospsha was CEO of Flamingo Electronics and Senior R&D Manager in Mobile Access and Topspin Medical.

 

Mr. Rospsha holds an MSc Magana cum laude in Physical Electronics from Tel Aviv University and has received the Intel Award of Excellence for his research there. He also holds a BSc in Electrical Engineering with awards from the Tel Aviv University. 

 

 

Dr. Ben-Ezra joined Optiway in 2007 and is responsible for research and the creation of the company’s next generation solutions. He serves as consultant for different Israeli Hi-Tech companies in the field of optical communication and signal processing, including: ECI, Elbit systems, NovoSpeech, engineering division of HOT.

 

Dr. Ben-Ezra served as a senior researcher in the Tel-Aviv University (TAU) and the Communication Department of Holon Institute of Technology (HIT). He has co-authored 5 book chapters, over40 papers and 2 patents. Dr. Ben-Ezra is the reviewer for leading international journals such as Photonic Technology Letters and Optics Express. He led the work package in the UROOF project – STREP project in the framework of FP6, ICT and was principle researcher of two “Magneton” programs in the framework of the Israeli Ministry of Industry and Trade. 

 

Dr. Yossef Ben-Ezra received his Ph.D. from the Tel-Aviv University (TAU) in 1999. He has served as a senior researcher in TAU and the Communication Department of Holon Institute of Technology (HIT). 

 

 

Mr. Yardeni joined Optiway after spending more than a decade with a Cellular Operator as a technical expert and lecturer in the field of cellular communication. He offers Optiway over a decade of experience and knowledge in cellular technologies, both outdoor and indoor. 

 

Prior to that, Mr. Yardeni served in the Israeli Defense Force as a Lieutenant-Colonel in the Signal & Communications corps, in various technical roles. He holds a BSc in Electrical Engineering from the Technion, Haifa and has completed the courses for an MSc from the Tel Aviv University.
